I have had my hair cut at this location numerous times. Always satisfied ! But today was the best experience of all. This time of covid and social distancing has stressed us all. But today I had a little more normal in my life. From the time I checked in on line, until I walked out the door, the crew at the Burbank location was better than best ! When asked to request a stylist between Paulina, Kelly, and Katheryn it was a simple choice. First available . All 3 are truly the best stylist. Thank you ladies !

I recently came in to get my hair cut, and I was greeted by a woman that appeared to have bloodshot eyes an seemed to be confused. Diana was the stylist that cut my hair. She was sweating profusely and dripped on my arm. While cutting my hair it smelled like she hasn't showered that day or a few days. It made me gag I felt so bad I tried to swallow it. The salon smelled like pot. If you want to puke and get a contact high there's your place.

Just great! Kathryn is such a professional and so accommodating! Guys, this is where to go not just for a cut...but an experience!
